Safety is a concern for each of us, whether we are at home or in the community. Taking safety precautions is even more important for individuals with autism and their families. TAP is providing a FREE Emergency Response Kit to Illinois’ families in order to help first responders better serve individuals with autism in the event of an emergency.

The Autism Program of Illinois (TAP) Service Network is a collaboration of 5 universities and 10 organizations that together operate 20 centers across the state. As a network, TAP is able to offer services that respond to the unique needs of different communities across Illinois.
