MARY KELLY

QUALITY COORDINATOR

Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University. She joined TAP in 2019 bringing with her extensive professional and personal knowledge about autism spectrum disorder and what it takes to navigate the system of services and supports in Illinois.

Mary is the mother of four children, the youngest of whom has an autism diagnosis. She has diverse professional experience working for many grant-funded projects, including the IMLS-funded Targeting Autism grant project at the Illinois State Library which included Train-the-Trainer autism workshops through Dominican University and content development for online autism training modules in the Project ENABLE platform at Syracuse University. She serves on the board of directors for The Arc of Illinois and Autism Support of Central Illinois.

The Autism Program of Illinois (TAP) Service Network is a collaboration of 5 universities and 10 organizations that together operate 20 centers across the state. As a network, TAP is able to offer services that respond to the unique needs of different communities across Illinois.
