Lacey Pinkstaff

Training Coordinator

Lacey Pinkstaff holds a bachelor’s degree in child development and human services from Fort Hays State University and brings with her more than 10 years of experience supporting children and families across educational and community-based settings. During that time, she worked with individuals diagnosed with autism, mental health disorders and developmental disabilities.

In her most recent roles, Lacey has focused on trauma-informed family support, early childhood development, and program coordination. She has developed and delivered evidence-based trainings, created educational materials and supported parents navigating developmental concerns and the broader challenges of parenthood. She is passionate about helping caregivers and communities gain the tools and confidence needed to support autistic individuals in meaningful and inclusive ways.

Lacey also brings personal insight through her experience advocating for her daughter, who received an autism diagnosis at age 16. Lacey enjoys life with her 3 children, especially outdoor adventures and family game nights. She also has a deep love for books and practices meditation and yoga as part of her daily routine.
